Phosphoric Acid - Food Grade (H3PO4)
← Back to Chemicals
Phosphoric acid (H₃PO₄) is a relatively mild mineral acid that has widespread applications in various industries. It is used in the production of phosphate fertilizers, the food industry (such as regulating the acidity of beverages), the manufacture of detergents, and in metal surface treatment processes. Compared to strong acids, phosphoric acid is less corrosive, but it still must be handled with proper safety precautions.
