Ammonium Nitrate 34% (NH4NO3)
← Back to Chemicals
Ammonium nitrate 34% is one of the most widely used nitrogen fertilizers in agriculture, available in the form of white granules and water-soluble. It is an important source of nitrogen in the form of ammonium (NH₄⁺) and nitrate (NO₃⁻) for plants, promoting plant growth, foliage development, and crop yield. Ammonium nitrate is usually applied directly to the soil and is rapidly absorbed by plants, providing a quick effect on plant growth. Its main advantages over other nitrogen fertilizers are high solubility, fast absorption, and supplying nitrogen in two forms available to plants.
